To add to her well-rounded expertise, Hope holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and a certificate in tourism hospitality management, credentials that underscore her comprehensive understanding of the industry, ensuring her ability to deliver exceptional event experiences. When she's not busy orchestrating memorable events, Hope leads an active and adventurous personal life. She enjoys activities such as running, yoga, pickleball, and immersing herself in the great outdoors.

Meet Calli Owens, our Venue Manager at The Monroe. With a degree in Event Management and four years of experience, Calli brings weddings and nonprofit events to life with creativity, organization, and heart. Her love for weddings started with her great-grandma, who shared her passion for flowers and celebration. Calli finds joy in making every milestone feel special through thoughtful, personal touches. Outside of the venue, she loves traveling, visiting farmers markets, exploring local coffee shops, and walking around Gray’s Lake.
